Holiday Shipping Order Deadlines

To receive your order by December 24:

Standard Ground Shipping: Wednesday, December 15

Express Shipping: Monday, December 20

Shipping carriers are facing delays. While it's likely your order will arrive within the estimated timeframe, it's not guaranteed. Shop earlier to make sure you get your goods in time!

1. Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free UPS Ground shipping in the contiguous U.S. for all orders over $150. For orders under $150, we offer UPS Ground shipping for $10.

2. Where do you ship?

For now, we only ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

3. What are your shipping options?

UPS Ground is our default shipping method, which takes between 5-7 business days. You can upgrade to UPS Express (2-3 days) shipping at Checkout. We do not offer overnight shipping at this time. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing.

4. Can I check the status of my shipment?

A link to view the status of your shipment is in your Account page and in your shipping confirmation email.

5. What if my products are damaged upon arrival?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Year & Day products. If anything in your order arrives damaged, send us a picture of the damaged goods to support@yearandday.com and we'll send you a replacement right away.

6. What should I do with the packaging my order arrived in?

Our packing peanuts are made from starch! They are biodegradable, decompose in water, leave no toxic waste, and are FDA compliant. They are compostable, or can be disposed of in the trash. The cardboard boxes and any paper inserts are recyclable.

 

RETURNS

1. What is your return policy? How do I return my products?

We will happily accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Email us at support@yearandday.com, and we will send you a shipping label. Please ensure Candles are in their original packaging and have not been burned.
