SHIPPING

Our default shipping method is Fedex Ground, which takes between 5-7 business days. You can upgrade to Fedex Express (2-3 days) shipping at checkout. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. Fedex Ground shipping in the contiguous U.S. is free for all orders over $150. For orders under $150, Fedex Ground shipping is $10. We do not offer overnight shipping at this time. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes and only ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. For orders over $200, a signature is required upon delivery. To view the status of your shipment, you can log in to your Account on our site. You’ll also receive email notifications with any updates to your shipment. 

Your order will be packed with packing peanuts made from starch. They are biodegradable, decompose in water, leave no toxic waste, and are FDA compliant. They are compostable or can be disposed of in the trash. The cardboard boxes from your shipment, and any paper inserts, are recyclable. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Year & Day products. If anything in your order arrives damaged, send us a picture of the damaged goods to support@yearandday.com and we'll send you a replacement right away. 

RETURNS

We will happily accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Email us at support@yearandday.com, and we will send you a shipping label. Returns have a $10 restocking fee. Candles must be in their original packaging. Unused napkins and paper goods in their original packaging may be returned.
