Our default shipping method is UPS Ground, taking 5-7 business days.
You can upgrade to UPS Express (2-3 days) at checkout.
Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing.
Overnight shipping is not available, and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Standard UPS Ground shipping is free for orders over $150; it costs $10 for orders under $150 (applicable to the contiguous U.S. only).
Expedited service is required for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipping charges for Express service are calculated at the time of shipping.
Canada
All orders are in U.S. dollars, payable in U.S. funds only. Canadian delivery charges include all taxes and fees for delivery to the customer's door. Shipping charges calculated at time of shipping.

Your order will be packed with packing peanuts made from starch. They are biodegradable, decompose in water, leave no toxic waste, and are FDA compliant. They are compostable or can be disposed of in the trash. The cardboard boxes from your shipment, and any paper inserts, are recyclable. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Year & Day products.
If anything in your order arrives damaged, send us a picture of the damaged goods to support@yearandday.com and we'll send you a replacement right away.
We will happily accept returns within 60 days of purchase.

We are not able to issue pre-paid return labels for Canadian orders. Canadian customers will be responsible for the cost to return the items.
We ask that you please return items unused and in their original gift box packaging. Returns under $150 will incur a $10 re-stocking fee, returns $150 and over will incur a 10% re-stocking fee.
All refunds will be credited in the full amount less the original shipping and re-stocking fee.
Exchanges cannot be processed either online or by mail. You may return the merchandise for a refund and place a new order, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
